I'm trying to figure out the song to a video, but I know no lyrics just to plot to the video itself..?

In the Video a man is saved, pushed out of the way or something. After being saved his rescuer walks away, he looks around and notice countdowns on everyones head. These countdowns show how much time a person has left to live. He then finds a women who untimely demise is fast apporouching, he then pulls her out of the way saving her life and reseting her countdown, and as he walks away she notice the countdown over everyone elses head
