Is it bad to put ice on your really really swollen ? I'm scared ?

Well my boyfriend suck the **** out of my , it's so big it look like they want to explode, it looks like two big melons smh what should I do? I never seen anything like this and it's really red and huge!!!! I need help should I got to my doctor or my boyfriend doctor because my doctor will see it and she would say the truth and my mom is going to be there and in scared but I think I rather go to my boyfriend doctor, I don't have to pay that much , is ice a good idea? It just feels numb and it happened like today at 1
