After my house fire I eas stuck with any bills. I am on SSI and get $603 a mth.I need help with utilities now

I had to pay for motel while the fire damage to my house was being fixed, plus keep paying my rent and as many bills as I could. I'm on disability, and am getting ready to have my gas and water and trash services shut off. I need to know where I can recieve help so that doesn't happen. My gas bill is near $200.00 because the cleaners and painters left the heat full blast and windows open, my water bill is only about $40.00, But I have no money to pay them and they are not giving me any time.
