Customer care?

Bewear of customer care they delete questions before they even get put up for answering and I read about this site on wicked encyclopedia that sometimes they suspend some ones a for no reason and them people could of had an account for five years and customer care dont even look in to it to see if they were in the rong. do you think they are rong sometimes? and unfair? and do you think they should look in to things properly
