Has anyone read this article and what does it mean?

It means that WWE brandsplit PPV's buys are not making enough money and that in the future that ppvs are going to be cross brand promotional, featuring stars from all brands on every ppv. In the short term it will mean less time for certain midcard guys, as the WWE hopes to boost its pay perview sales with top names. In the longrun it could mean the end of the brand split, probably the end of ECW all together and Smackdown becoming a fullfledged B show, maybe the end to promotion specific titles, maybe unification matches between brand champions, and alot of younger up and coming guys like CM Punk, Nitro, Kennedy, Orton are not going to be getting the pushes they need as guys like HHH, Michaels, Undertaker, Batista, Edge, Cena, RVD, Benoit will be in their way. The WWE is going to have to re evaluate its direction, and some guys are probably going to get the axe. It might even ure that Chris Jericho will not be back in WWE.
