How do you release the pin from the 5th wheel?

I got a set of fedex pup doubles hooked up to a dolly. I want to know how do I release the rear trailer from the dolly in the 5th wheel? I'm a yard dog and I don't usually have to do this. There is a handle that i can yank on but it doesn't do anything. HELP
