Is any one else sick of hearing that everything can make them sick?

Is there really a problem? We're living longer, (due in part to advanced medical intervention.)Getting fed up with hearing at least once a day about some new thing I just happen to be breathing in or ingesting is going to kill me! Those numbers on the bottom of water bottles I now hear are just for the identification of plastic used in the manufacturing process. The big scare with the cancer causing agents was misrepresented in a graduate students masters thesis at the University of Idaho...or was that a lie? I understand the obvious, smoking and illegal drugs, I'm living a pretty healthy lifestyle but the media is looking for the next big story and if it can scare us, all the better! They're crying wolf, and one day we're all going to poo poo the whole business. By the way no more of those alcohol hand sanitizers because it will create super germs! Don't buy anything from china, it's all poison, oh, don't look now but you're being bombarded by radio active particles...Sheesh!
