What can I do as a 21st presie for my son in the USA. Help!!!?

I can't afford alot and I really miss him, and just want to let him to know how proud I am of his achievements at Uni there. I'm heartbroken that I can't see him for his 21st, but I've just had a major op and can't travel or afford the airfare. Any ideas?
