What does this Slovenian expression mean?

My grandma gave me a pin. It is triangular and has a red eagle on it. Above the eagle is the phrase 'Amd Kranj'. I was wondering what this meant. I don't believe they are words in the Slovenian language, I've looked them up many times. If anyone knows anything about the words or anything this pin could be, please tell me.
