What's wrong with all this (long story about apathy)?

wow that was a long one but i understand both sides, don't take this the wrong way but i think you shouldn't of gotten too attached to the duck that was wrong on your part, and they shouldn't of charged you for the duck which is now dead based on their advice (that alone is grounds for a law suit which i would think about if i were you) and there is NEVER an excuse for them to be rude to clients/customers no matter what's going on so they were VERY wrong as well. But im so sorry for your duck but taking in a duck comes with responsibility of making sure he will be well adapted for real life when you let him out. i hope i helped goodluck in the future :)
