Would you use this on an almost 5 yr old? (looking for some quick responses)?

Nail Polish is ok. My 3 year old has been having her toes painted since she was under a year. Definitely no for the makeup though. That set just looks to "old" for a 5 year old, and looks like it is aimed at 10-13 year olds. My 11 year old sister would LOVE that. If it were me, and all of the little girl ones had bad reviews, I would of went with something else.
