I have alliergies an am havig surgrey will they still operate?

I know the allergy affecting me is pollen for going fishing... But It started bugging me with snizing, a post nasal drip and now my fifth day coughing. oh an my left ear keeps poping . But would they do a spimle gall bladder removel still with my alleries flaired up????
