Worth going to the Westin Maui?

I know this is a time share offer - but it is for 6 nights for $795 per person plus airfare. Has anyone taken them up on this offer and done the time share talk? Regular room rate at this hotel is about $500 a night. It sounds like a good deal but I thought I'd check it out with you guys.
