Help with Diet - Need Guidance?

THey best thing to lose weight is to not deny yourself. I found that when i tell my self to not eat something, i go right for it. lol Eat a tiny bit of the carby foods you like, wait a couple of minutes, and see how you feel. While carbs taste good going down, they don't usually leave you feeling refreshed. Try mixing cooked veggies with things you like; turkey, mashed potatos. ALWAYS drink water. It always makes you feel fuller faster and helps digestion.
