I don't think you could really base the whole team's skill by last season. Every team has their mountain highs, and valley lows. Simple formaldehyde detection?

I have a beautiful blanket but I fear of contaminated with high level of formaldehyde. I do not have any suspicious symptoms like skin rash or difficulties of breathing, but I just use it briefly and I put the blanket away in storage. i was going 26 mph in a 15 mph school zone and i got cited for it. the officer told me to plead not guilty and send the citation to the courthouse with a $50 fee. the actual fine was not specified on the ticket. the incident happened April 1 (this year) and my court date in May 23. he said since it was a school zone, it would typically be around a $300 fine and a 90 suspension of your license. but rather he said to plead not guilty and it would be around $100 plus court costs and no suspension. i'm nervous that my license will be suspended for the summer and i'll be stuck with a big fine. like i said i was going 26. the area is typically a 25 zone but i didn't notice the school zone lights because i was actually on my way to school myself and had a test (that i ended up being late to). so my mind was somewhere else and i know that's not an excuse so don't bash me for that please. what can i expect in court??

I'm pregnant and slammed my thumb in the door 3/4/07 please help?!?

I'm about 3 months pregnant and slammed my thumb in the car door today (sounds dumb but I'm so upset at myself for doing something so silly).. My thumb instantly turned purple under the nail and swelled up 2x-3x its normal size. I put ice on it, didn't really do much. The throbbing pain is HORRIBLE.. I can't take it! I've been taking tylenol.. this happened at 12pm today and its 10pm and still hurting severly. I can't bend my thumb at all.. I'm not sure if it's because it's soo swollen! The pain is from the tip of my nail up until halfway down my thumb. It hurts even when I touch it or move. Actually it constantly hurts! I closed my finger in the door once before and I dont remember it hurting nearly half as bad! I'm wondering if I should go to ER or if it's just apart of a jammed bruised thumb! I don't want to sit in the ER waiting room for 4 hours for them to just look at it! It's not like I can even take anything else for the pain! Also I'm starting a new job 2marrow... Just great!!

Okay so I found out my water pump gasket was worn, and so i took that off only to find out that wasnt my only problem there was another gasket behind that one (sits just above the oil pan) that was worn, I had to take the Harmonic Balancer off to get to it, only now that I've taken everything off... Im not sure where all these bolts go because each one is different and theres about 50 of them lol. Any help guys? How long will an offset delay my tax refund?

So one day I woke up with a really stiff neck, and it hasn't gone away, just gotten progressively worse. I am expecting my second child after 13 years!!! I know, I know. As if dealing with that isn't tough already, I'm trying to figure out the best way to announce it at work. How long to keep hay?

Hey all, I am wondering how long you should store hay. I bought hay last winter for my horses and stopped feeding in spring when the gr started growing and have some left over. Right now we have them turned out in the irrigated pasture because hay is so expensive but I am wondering how long I can keep the 6 bales I have left in the barn. It is dry and away from elements so would a year be ok or should I just start feeding it to get it out? Thanks!

Ok, there are supposedly two sides, the sane and the insane. That being said, how do we know who is which, if that makes any sense. The so call sane people claim they are the sane ones, and the so call insane say the sane are the insane ones. Both sides say the other sides beliefs and views are completely insane. I did get the wedding of my dreams, but my dreams coincided with my husband's. He always wanted a wedding in Cyprus, with a blessing in this country afterwards, so that's what we had. Really I think it is the violence that comes from war. Its one of our basic primal urges. It's strange to me how a period of time as short as three weeks could destroy so many lives, and leave so many still broken after thirty years. Andrew's body recovered from the trauma, but his mind never healed. The Andrew that came back to us was not the Andrew we had previously known. Before the trauma, Andrew was very social and outgoing. We were only two years apart and always very close. I never had any other brothers or sisters. He was a sweet little boy with a good sense of humor, and, being an older sister, I teased him constantly. Not meanly, but in a playful way. He is the most ticklish person to ever walk planet Earth, and as a little kid he loved it when I tickled his feet. We wrestled and play-fought and just enjoyed being with each other. When he came back, everything changed. Andrew had always been close to me and my parents also, but after he came back he acted like he couldn't even stand the sight of us. I could never understand that. I thought he should be happy to be back with us, people who loved him. He told me when he was older that I was a stranger to him and that there was a gulf separating him from everyone else. He was resentful that other people hadn't been where he had been. When he first came back and started beng like that, I tried so hard to bring him back. I tickle-attacked him like I used to and even though he squirmed and laughed just the same, he didn't enjoy it at all. He wouldn't wrestle either, and didn't seem to want to be around me at all. He did well in school and never had issues with drugs and alcohol, he's been successful in life and has a wife and kids, but for the past thirty years you can tell that something in him is just gone. Something inside him died all those years ago and, despite this, I still hope so hard that I can bring him back. I still see him and our children play together, but that confidence is gone. He underwent counseling as a child and teen but it didn't help him and he doesn't see anyone anymore. I encourage him to see someone about his depression and the pain he still feels but he says it wouldn't make any difference. I'm sorry this post is so long but I just don't know what to do to help him. He's physically healthy and financially stable, but I want to be close to him again and my parents want the same. Is there anything I can do to bring him back, to make us all just a little closer?

I'm like that too, for me its kind of like my defense mechanism, I've had a lot of people burn me in life so whenever someone starts to get too close a warning bell goes off in my head and I just let the relationship fall apart. Its not too much about what you eat, its about the training, thats how they all get so fit, because if you work out alot you will get in shape, but you also need alot of protein and calories so you dont burn too much and die. So i would go with enough calories to support your physical routine and in terms of what foods, go with lots of meats for protein, and make sure your getting vegetables and grains to regulate your metabolism.

Pregnant and experiencing shooting pain in leg?

hiya, im 20wks pregnant unfortunately my car is off the road at present, until such times I can afford to have it repaired, so I did alot of walking today which is good for me as Im so unfit! A few weeks ago we took a 2.5mile walk round a lake and I experienced the same thing then. Ok im fine whilst Im walking although my legs ache, when I sit down, my right ock seems to kind of seize up, and when I go to stand I find I cannot put any weight on my right leg as there is a shooting pain going from my bum down my thigh at the back, I cant really pinpoint exactly where the pain comes from I just know its really uncomfortable and so I need to limp around, it does feel like something has seized up, im not sure if walking it out would help, as Id need to go through some pain first! I was thinking sciatica but im unsure, also I had SPD during my first pregnancy but it doesnt really feel like that either. Problem with a 25 year old horse that has been steadily losing weight. She is on alpha alpha cubes (about 4cups soaked well) morning and night as well as beat pulp, about 4 cups, soaked, also one scoop of grain, not senior as I have no control over that AM and PM. She also gets about a bale of hay (timothy alpha alpha mix) per 24 hours. there is no gr left on her pasture. She has been on this diet for 3 weeks now (beat pulp and alpha alpha was slowly added), and still no improvement in weight. Is it too early to see any weight gain? Im going to be a sopre next year, and ive been doing Taekwondo for over 4 years, Ki-Gong for about 6 months, Kickboxing and I just started taking MMA for some ground defense. I always try to live by those "Ways of Life" and it has always gotten me in deeper sh*t. For instance, there was a foot ball player who knew I did martial arts, and he would always tried to get me to fight him but because I tried to avoid physical confrontation, I would always decline. This somehow got him to think I was afraid. It came to the point where he bullied me for a week, over the internet, in cl, and through the halls. He even got friends to help. And at this point I still declined. This went on until he felt so bad he just stopped. Another time, this same kid tried provoking me into a fight and the same thing happened except in cl. I couldn't focus on anything the teacher was saying because I kept getting pelted with paper due to the fact I never fought him. (And yes, I did go to teachers, it still didnt fix anything)
